Our tenth Annual Business Awards took place on Friday, 11th November at the Mere Golf Resort & Spa and was a great success. There were over 140 people in attendance including Sir Graham Brady (One of our patrons) and Lady Victoria Brady, Cllr Chris Boyes – The Mayor and The Mayoress, Mrs Pamela Boyes and Cllr Tom Ross, representing Trafford Council. Darren Proctor from Happy Radio was our MC for the evening and did a great job as always.
We received a record number of nominations for our awards this year, 92 in total, and we had more than 22,700 votes across all the categories which included Start Up, Local Charity, Hospitality and Mico Business categories. The awards culminated with the presentation of the Business of the Year Category which was won this year by Bluebird Care Trafford and the Christine Stout Chamber Member of the Year Award which was awarded to Cresta Court Hotel. Congratulations to all our Winners, Runners Up, Highly Commended and Nominees.
